This photo was taken just before the very busy 4th of July weekend, so the cooler was much fuller than usual. The wooden casks that are peeking out from behind some Scape Goat cases are actually Jim Beam® barrels that have been filled with our Imperial Stout. This beer ages in wood for about a year and then is released at Christmas time. I don’t know what else to say except that for some reason this is about the most popular part of the tour aside from when folks get their beers in the taproom!
