This tour starts with the small green and yellow staircase at the left and moves clockwise.
The long black and silver machine to the right is the
Rinser. It takes the empty bottles, turns them upside down and blasts their insides with air and sanitizer. This ensures that the bottles are clean and sanitary before they are filled with Moose Drool, Scape Goat, etc. The bottles are then drip dried before they head to the Filler. The Filler is the large machine with the white base and silver top that just happens to say “Bottle Filler”. Our Filler fills 60 bottles at a time, and we generally operate our line at nearly 300 bottles per minute so it rotates about five times per minute. The smaller silver cylinder next to the controls is the Crowner. This is where the cap is put onto the bottle. From here the bottle heads to the Labeler, and so will we.
