Case Sealer & Palletizer

This tour starts facing the front of the room (look for the yellow railing) and moves clockwise.
If you look down at the brown conveyor, you are picking up where we left off the last tour. The full case now passes through the machine with the yellow cap on it (you can just make this out at the bottom of the screen as you rotate right). This is the Case Sealer and it glues the case shut. The case is now ready for the Palletizer which is the large green machine just behind the small staircase. This machine sets cases down in patterns of twelve per layer and builds six layers per pallet until there are 72 cases of beer on one pallet. The pallet is then ready to be stretch-wrapped and put into the cooler. We will head to cooler after a quick stop at the Kegger.
