Simply stated, 360isite produces top quality interactive virtual tours for the Web using standard and surround (vista) photographic images. Possible tours include: hotels, resorts, museums, homes, and more. Viewers use their computer mouse to look up, down, left and right in our surround vistas. They have the sensation of ‘being there.’ The result is a stronger identification, more understanding, and better memory of what they see than with conventional media. This is cost effective, cutting-edge technology available at nominal pricing.

Conditions are sometimes less than ideal to give good image quality in all directions at once. Yet, our system has consistently produced remarkably good images in difficult situations. Our 360-degree vista images are seamless. We do not stitch multiple images; stitching often yields poor continuity of colors and patterns that reduce image quality. We are in control of the imaging process, beginning with our unique camera system, and ending with the interactive images viewed on the Web. We create super-high resolution images that are transformed into top quality web tours.

Our Standard Tour Packages are in 5-vista sets, up to 20-vistas for the simplest of situations, like a single dwelling. Each standard tour includes a flyer (introductory) page with conventional image and miniature vista pre-view(s). There’s adequate space for even a lengthy photo caption and description on this page and others. A visitor counter lets you monitor traffic and compare the effectiveness of other ads that mention your web tour.

Tours can stand-alone if you don’t have a web site, or we supply a tour link to your existing web site. A stand-alone tour looks like a standard web site. A linked tour becomes a seamless part of your web site; it bypasses our page, even though it resides on our server.

Cost of maintaining your tour on our server is very inexpensive, plus you achieve double exposure when your web site is linked to ours. (Note: We are currently updating our site to make your tour easy to find.)

The prices shown above include one, on-site, visit for vista and flyer page photography, film, film development, specialized processing by 360isite, minor editing, and single posting of tour to the web. Site within 25 mile radius of 360isite office locale. Purchaser provides written captions and/or narratives for the photo images and furnishes the desired contact information.

Final cost is affected by situations such as: additional visits or set-ups that are required or requested, extensive editing of images is necessary (e.g. distractions are present that you decide to remove after on-site shooting), revisions are requested after tour is approved, narratives are written by 360-isite or the purchaser narratives require extensive editing, re-posting is necessary because of purchaser changes. Added travel costs may apply.

Server hosting: free for 6-months with tour; additional hosting $100/year (revisions not included); we expect near-term reductions in hosting cost. Linked tours achieve double site exposure.

Custom/Specialized Tours

Suffice to say, there are a great number of situations and reasons where one could use this very unique technology. A more complex application, where several entities share cost, is a tour showing the key points of interest and notable enterprise in a city or area. Special tours can be made with custom preview and menu sections to fit special needs. These situations require more time and expertise in all phases of tour development, special editing, and unique web page construction, all of which affect the final cost. Yet, costs are not outrageous, and the end product can stand for a considerable time. Being usable many times and ways, the tour becomes increasingly cost effective and economical.
